We will dive into the remaining six limbs of classical Yoga from the movements to the connection with the breath and deeper into the practices of awareness, concentration and devotion. We will look into how all the eight limbs we have reviewed offer an opportunity to transform your life with an individual self knowing blended with an intimate connection to the unified whole of creation. Taking the time to muse together on ways to make this knowledge a part of your path, we can also develop ways to include them in what you may choose to teach to others. This is an invitation to challenge yourself to offer you and your students ways to stay holistic in honoring the wisdom offered in these teachings no matter what type of style of Yoga you are feeling drawn to share.
